Drive 2.5 hours to Tanohata-mura on the Sanriku coast

Breakfast at Ragaso
Visit sea urchin (uni) fisherman for uni tasting
Visit fishermen’s wives drying and packaging sea greens
Visit potato flour maker and local shops, sample local foods
Visit grass fed dairy farm
Dinner at L’Auréole Tanohata

Breakfast at Ragaso
Drive 1 hour to short horn cow ranch area - very special, therefore no export
Have local lunch
Drive to 2.5 hours to Mizusawa-Esashi
Bullet train back to Tokyo
